Breakfast was great, but the reception staff could be friendlier.

The room was quite cozy, and I really appreciated the comfortable bed after a long day of exploring. I enjoyed lounging by the seasonal outdoor pool and the relaxing garden area during my downtime. The decor could use a little freshening up, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊

The experience was mixed. While the location was convenient for getting to the city via tram in about 25 minutes, the room left much to be desired. Upon arrival, there were cleanliness issues, and the shower had drainage problems that weren't properly addressed. Breakfast had some delicious chocolate muffins, which were a highlight, and the staff member who assisted us was quite helpful. Overall, it's okay for a quick stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer visits.

The superior room had a comfortable bed, satisfying my need for sleep. The private bathroom was clean with shower facilities. The outdoor swimming pool looked nice, though I didn’t get to chill there. The tram stop right across made it super easy to get to central Milan. Breakfast had some great options, including pastries and fruits.

You've gotta grab those chocolate muffins when you hit the breakfast spread—pure bliss! Oh, and major props to the lovely staff member Alice, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The nearby Il Pirata was also a culinary gem, serving up some mean pizza!

Talk about a rough spot—our first room was more like a horror scene, with a door with a hole and a dirty shower. Swimming cap rules were unclear, and you had to cough up 5 euros for a cheap hat. The second room? Yeah, that one had a broken safe—ugh!

I truly appreciated the bright and spacious lobby, which was welcoming and easy to navigate. The attentive staff promptly assisted me with my luggage and ensured I was comfortable. I felt valued throughout my stay.

More seating in common areas would be beneficial.

comfortable stay but maintenance needed

The hotel rooms are spacious with decent amenities which made for a cozy atmosphere during my stay I also appreciated the easy tram access to downtown in just 20 minutes.

However there seemed to be some lack of maintenance which gave the room an outdated feel.

Do recommend for an overnight stopping

Clean room, comfortable amenities including a fitness center, perfect for a restful night before exploring the city, and only a short distance from the airport.

Everything was superb.
